Mardini 2022 – Side FX Houdini Daily Art Challenge

In early 2022 Side FX hosted a daily art contest where artists were encouraged to upload an art piece every day, for the month of March. All created inside Houdini.

Each week had it's own category of nodes and each day had a specific node that had to be included in the art piece submitted.

This was a great excersize and pushed me into learning new areas of the software I previously hadn't looked into. As a fun bonus, one of my entries ended up getting 2nd place in the best artwork category for the entire contest.
